B\u00fcrger berichteten von Menschen, die in den zugigen G\u00e4ngen Schutz suchten. Es gab Hinweise, Warnungen und Hilferufe an die Verantwortlichen. Man wusste, dass dort Menschen ohne festen Wohnsitz unter prek\u00e4rsten Bedingungen campieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Doch anstatt schneller, unb\u00fcrokratischer Hilfe oder einer Ausweitung der K\u00e4ltehilfe-Kapazit\u00e4ten schien das Problem zwischen Zust\u00e4ndigkeiten von Bahn, Stadt und Polizei hin- und hergeschoben zu werden. Nun ist ein Mensch tot. Ein Mensch, der einen Namen hatte, eine Geschichte und das Recht auf Schutz vor dem Erfrieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zwischen Mitgef\u00fchl und Versagen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kassel r\u00fchmt sich gerne seiner sozialen Strukturen, doch dieser Vorfall wirft ein grelles Licht auf die L\u00fccken in unserem System:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Die Erreichbarkeit:<\/strong> Sind unsere Unterk\u00fcnfte f\u00fcr Menschen in psychischen Ausnahmesituationen oder mit Haustieren h\u00fcrdenfrei genug?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Die Pr\u00e4senz:<\/strong> Warum griff das Streetwork-Netzwerk nicht rechtzeitig ein, obwohl die &#8222;Hotspots&#8220; bekannt waren?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Die politische Priorit\u00e4t:<\/strong> Warum braucht es erst eine Leiche am Bahnhof, damit die Diskussion \u00fcber Obdachlosigkeit im Winter wieder Fahrt aufnimmt?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Was wir jetzt tun m\u00fcssen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir d\u00fcrfen diesen Vorfall nicht als &#8222;tragisches Einzelschicksal&#8220; zu den Akten legen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Hinschauen statt Vorbeigehen:<\/strong> Wenn ihr Menschen seht, die bei Minusgraden im Freien schlafen, sprecht sie an oder informiert die K\u00e4ltehilfe. Im Zweifel: <strong>112 w\u00e4hlen.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Druck auf die Politik:<\/strong> Wir m\u00fcssen einfordern, dass Bahnh\u00f6fe im Winter entweder sicherere R\u00fcckzugsorte bieten oder die Zuf\u00fchrung in warme Unterk\u00fcnfte l\u00fcckenlos funktioniert.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Spenden und Unterst\u00fctzen:<\/strong> Einrichtungen wie die soziale Hilfe in Kassel brauchen gerade jetzt jede Unterst\u00fctzung.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fazit<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein Bahnhof ist ein Ort des Kommens und Gehens. F\u00fcr einen Mann wurde er nun zur Endstation.
