Was in der Grundschule mit dem Klettern auf B\u00e4ume beginnt, setzt sich im Studium und im Berufsleben nahtlos fort. Wir stecken Individuen in genormte Prozesse und wundern uns am Ende \u00fcber Fachkr\u00e4ftemangel und Burnout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Studium und Lehre: Der Bulimie-Lerneffekt<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Studium (besonders seit Bologna) und in der Lehre herrscht oft das Prinzip <strong>\u201eOne Size Fits All\u201c<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Das Problem:<\/strong> Ein theoretischer Multiple-Choice-Test bewertet nur eine ganz bestimmte Art von Intelligenz (die des \u201eAffen\u201c, der schnell auswendig lernt).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Die Folge:<\/strong> Praktische Genies, kreative Querdenker oder Menschen mit hoher sozialer Intelligenz (die \u201eElefanten\u201c und \u201eRobben\u201c) fallen durch das Raster oder f\u00fchlen sich minderwertig, weil ihre spezifischen St\u00e4rken im starren Curriculum nicht vorgesehen sind.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"558\" height=\"384\" src=\"https:\/\/www.patrick-koglin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/grafik-96.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-14187\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.patrick-koglin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/grafik-96.png 558w, https:\/\/www.patrick-koglin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/grafik-96-300x206.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 558px) 100vw, 558px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Die Arbeitswelt: Fachkr\u00e4ftemangel durch falsche Brillen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In Unternehmen sehen wir oft das gleiche Bild: Stellenausschreibungen verlangen die \u201eeierlegende Wollmilchsau\u201c. Jeder muss alles k\u00f6nnen \u2013 klettern, schwimmen, fliegen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Die Fehlentwicklung:<\/strong> Anstatt Teams so zusammenzustellen, dass der Fisch schwimmt und der Affe klettert, zwingen wir Mitarbeiter in starre Job-Profile.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Das Resultat:<\/strong> Menschen verbringen 40 Stunden pro Woche damit, ihre Schw\u00e4chen zu \u201eoptimieren\u201c, anstatt ihre St\u00e4rken zu exzellieren. Das ist nicht nur ineffizient, sondern macht psychisch krank.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Gesellschaftliche Folgen: Der Verlust der Originale<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn eine Gesellschaft nur die \u201eBaumkletterer\u201c belohnt, verlieren wir die Innovationen, die aus der Tiefe des Wassers (vom Fisch) oder aus der Weite der Ebene (vom Elefanten) kommen k\u00f6nnten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wir bewerten den <strong>Status<\/strong> (wer ist oben am Baum?) statt den <strong>Beitrag<\/strong> (wer h\u00e4lt das \u00d6kosystem am Laufen?).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Das f\u00fchrt zu einer Elitenbildung, die auf Konformit\u00e4t basiert, statt auf echter L\u00f6sungskompetenz.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Die L\u00f6sung: Vom Standard zur Potentialentfaltung<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein gesellschaftliches Umdenken muss drei Ebenen umfassen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th>Bereich<\/th><th>Von &#8230; (Gleichheit)<\/th><th>Zu &#8230; (Gerechtigkeit\/Potential)<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>Lehre<\/strong><\/td><td>Standard-Pr\u00fcfungen f\u00fcr alle.<\/td><td>Kompetenzbasierte Pr\u00fcfung (Portfolio, Projekte).<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Arbeit<\/strong><\/td><td>Starre Job-Beschreibungen.<\/td><td><strong>Strength-based Leadership<\/strong> (Rollen nach Talenten).<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Gesellschaft<\/strong><\/td><td>Prestige durch Titel.<\/td><td>Wertsch\u00e4tzung jeder Form von Meisterschaft.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fazit<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Es ist Zeit, den Baum als das einzige Ma\u00df aller Dinge abzuschaffen. Eine gesunde Gesellschaft erkennt, dass sie den Fisch im Wasser braucht, damit der Ozean lebt \u2013 und den Vogel in der Luft, damit der Horizont weit bleibt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Frage an dich:<\/strong> In welchem Bereich deines Lebens f\u00fchlst du dich gerade wie ein Fisch, von dem man verlangt, dass er klettert?
