Ihr Gehirn muss nun zwei Aufgaben gleichzeitig bew\u00e4ltigen:<\/strong> das urspr\u00fcngliche Problem halten <strong>und<\/strong> die Nutzlosigkeit der Floskel verarbeiten. Das ist wie ein Programm, das im Hintergrund abst\u00fcrzt und CPU-Leistung frisst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Emotionale Einsamkeit durch Entwertung<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Eine Floskel signalisiert: \u201e<em>Ich habe dich geh\u00f6rt, aber ich will mich nicht wirklich mit der Tiefe deines Problems befassen.<\/em>\u201c Das entwertet Ihre Anstrengung und aktuelle Probleme. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anstatt Unterst\u00fctzung zu erfahren, m\u00fcssen Sie nun auch noch die Entt\u00e4uschung \u00fcber die Oberfl\u00e4chlichkeit des Gegen\u00fcbers verarbeiten. Das isoliert und kostet Kraft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Die R\u00fcckgabe der Schuld<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Spr\u00fcche wie \u201e<em>Man muss da durch<\/em>\u201c, &#8222;<em>Viel Spa\u00df<\/em>&#8222;, &#8222;<em>Schaffst Du schon!<\/em>&#8220; schieben die Verantwortung subtil an Sie zur\u00fcck. Die Aufforderung zu einer Handlung, f\u00fcr die die Energie fehlt, erzeugt Stress und ein Gef\u00fchl der Ohnmacht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kurz gesagt:<\/strong> Floskeln sind wie Plastikessen \u2013 sie sehen im ersten Moment nach Nahrung aus, aber der K\u00f6rper verbraucht mehr Energie beim Versuch, sie zu verdauen, als sie ihm jemals liefern k\u00f6nnten.
