Es gibt da oft diesen einen besonderen Moment im Coaching. Manchmal sind es sogar mehrere. Ich nenne es einen „Blink<\/em>„-Moment. Andere w\u00fcrden vom inneren Aufwachen, Erkenntnisgewinn oder Erkennen sprechen und das ist meistens etwas ganz elementares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Allerdings oftmals v\u00f6llig ohne Drama, ganz ohne lautstarke innere Revolution oder Komplettumbruch. Nein – das was ich meine ist eher ein kleiner Z\u00fcndfunke und dennoch etwas, das alles ver\u00e4ndert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Keine laute Ver\u00e4nderung, kein drastischer Umbruch<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Diese \u201eBlink<\/em>\u201c-Momente sind die eigentliche Essenz exzellenter Coaching-Arbeit. Sie zeichnen sich gerade dadurch aus, dass sie die Stille der Lautst\u00e4rke vorziehen. Es ist das pr\u00e4zise Einrasten eines Puzzleteils, das schon immer da war, aber nie am richtigen Platz lag. Ein Bild wird komplett. Oft als Wandel und Erkenntnisgewinn eines ganzen Coachings. Wie beim Bergsteigen, bei dem man stundenlang nach oben steigt und pl\u00f6tzlich die Aussicht gewinnt. Manchmal ist es genau so im Coaching.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In der Praxis entfaltet sich dieser leise Erkenntnisgewinn auf drei elementaren Ebenen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Das lautlose Erwachen des eigenen Wertes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Oftmals kommen Klienten mit dem Gef\u00fchl zu Ihnen, nicht genug zu sein, sich beweisen zu m\u00fcssen oder im Markt versagt zu haben. Sie suchen den Wert im Au\u00dfen \u2013 in Zertifikaten, Ums\u00e4tzen oder der Anerkennung anderer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Der \u201eBlink<\/em>\u201c-Moment passiert, wenn der Klient pl\u00f6tzlich begreift: Der eigene Wert ist keine Variable, die man sich erarbeiten muss. Er ist eine Konstante. Es ist das unaufgeregte Erkennen der eigenen, unumst\u00f6\u00dflichen Substanz und Lebensleistung. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In diesem Moment f\u00e4llt die Maske des \u201eSich-Beweisen-M\u00fcssens\u201c ab. Es braucht kein Drama, sondern nur ein tiefes, inneres Aufatmen: \u201eIch bin bereits das Fundament.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Die laserfeine Sch\u00e4rfung der realen Ziele<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Solange der Mensch im emotionalen L\u00e4rm gefangen ist, jagt er oft fremden Zielen hinterher \u2013 den Zielen seiner Mentoren, des Marktes oder falschen Idealen von Erfolg. Der Z\u00fcndfunke im Coaching legt die Sicht frei. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ohne revolution\u00e4ren Umsturz, sondern durch blo\u00dfes Weglassen des Ballasts wird dem Klienten pl\u00f6tzlich klar, was er wirklich<\/em> will. Die Ziele werden bescheidener im Auftreten, aber monumentaler in ihrer Klarheit. Man will nicht mehr die ganze Welt erobern, sondern das eigene Feld perfekt und integer bestellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Das unaufgeregte Ankommen in der Berufung<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Berufung wird in der lauten Marketing-Welt oft als mystisches, lautes Ereignis inszeniert \u2013 wie ein Blitzschlag aus heiterem Himmel. In Wahrheit ist es das genaue Gegenteil. Es ist ein leises Erinnern. In diesem Moment erkennt der Klient, dass seine scheinbar gegens\u00e4tzlichen Facetten \u2013 wie die strukturierte IT-Logik und die tiefe menschliche Psychologie \u2013 kein Widerspruch sind, sondern seine ureigene Superkraft. Die Berufung bricht nicht aus, sie kehrt heim. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Der Klient erkennt: \u201eIch muss mich nicht neu erfinden. Ich muss nur aufh\u00f6ren, jemand anderes sein zu wollen.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Das Fazit f\u00fcr Ihre Arbeit als Coach:<\/strong> Genau diese Momente sind es, die Menschen weiterbringen.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
